What We Measure

01

Understanding Safety Instructions

Ability to follow spoken directions, safety warnings, and supervisor briefings used on construction sites.
This includes understanding basic commands, hazard alerts, emergency procedures, and site updates that support safe and compliant work.

02

Communication for Daily Tasks

Speaking and listening skills needed to complete routine work activities accurately and confidently.
This covers asking for clarification, responding to instructions, coordinating simple tasks with teammates, and confirming work to avoid misunderstandings.

03

Job Relevant Scenarios

Real world situations based on common construction and technical role requirements.
These include teamwork interactions, tool usage explanations, shift handover communication, material handling instructions, and everyday coordination essential for smooth site operations.

Why G-Global Testing

G-Global Testing provides practical communication assessments designed for construction and technical workers.

We focus on both 2-skills (speaking, listening) as well as 4-skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing) needed for safe, accurate, and efficient on-site work.

Our partnerships with government agencies, vocational schools, and workforce deployment organisations bolster clear communication and reduce workplace risks.

Our assessment is simple to administer and suitable for workers with varying levels. Organisations can quickly identify communication readiness and plan training or deployment with confidence.
